With roots in both North Texas and East Texas, we’re honored to serve families in the Lewisville and Gilmer areas with the same level of care, patience, and compassion.

We’re a husband and wife team who believe grooming should feel calm, safe, and full of care — never rushed or stressful. Every pet we work with is treated with patience, gentleness, and understanding. Our love for animals isn’t just something we do — it’s something we live every day. Our own bulldog is a big part of that. He reminds us daily how important it is for pets to feel comfortable, cared for, and truly at ease — even during something like a bath or grooming session. That’s why we created Serafai Pets — a peaceful, private space where your pet can feel safe, build trust, and be cared for the way they deserve. Whether your pet is anxious, older, or new to grooming, we take the time to make it a calm and positive experience from start to finish. Because to us, this isn’t just grooming… it’s about caring for animals with the same love we give our own. 🐾
